The Villas at the Palms of Manasota are maintenance free! We do all the exterior work required to keep your Villa in great condition, plus we provide a few basic services so you can spend your time doing the things you enjoy while we take care of the rest. A monthly Homeowners Association fee covers the following maintenance and services:

• Maintenance of the lawns and landscaping including mowing, trimming, edging, exterior pest control, irrigation, fertilizing of lawns and common elements.
• Maintenance of all lakes, ponds, and retention areas.
• Maintenance, repair, and replacement of common elements.
• Maintenance, replacement, and repair of all  of home exteriors including painting, stucco, and roofs.
• All taxes due upon the common area property.
• All insurance on all the common area property.
• Basic Cable television.
• Common area electricity.
• Mailboxes
• Repair, maintenance and replacement of roads, walkways, easements, and common elements.
• Common area electricity and lighting fixtures.
• Hurricane and Flood insurances.
